Keytruda cycle 6 started & brain MRI done

Phainopepla I photographed on a recent hike. To me, it looks like a black Cardinal due to its crest.

David got his sixth IV of the Keytruda immunotherapy drug yesterday. We didn't have an appointment with Dr. Brooks, so there was no need for me to go with David to take notes. That turned out to be a good thing, because earlier in the week, Arizona Oncology requested that only patients come to their facility to decrease the chance that immunocompromised cancer patients would contract COVD-19.

Today David had another brain MRI to check the status of the six brain tumors that he's had radiation treatments for and to determine if there are any new brain tumors. We're hoping for a clean scan that shows no old or new tumors. We should get the results next Tues. when we meet with Dr. Frye. I called Dr. Frye's office today to see if we could do a phone consult next Tues. instead of coming in to his office. I haven't heard back yet, but I hope that's possible. We'd like to avoid having David go to another medical facility where he'd be exposed to many people.
